Order for guitar placed on phone 10am. Delivered right on time at beginning of the time slot the following day.
I knew exactly what I wanted to order but I got the impression that if help had have been needed it would have been forthcoming. The chap I dealt with ws first class - He explained to me exactly what would happen as regards delivery and as stated Reidys completely lived up to my expectations in this regard.
