If only I could give no stars or even minus stars that still wouldn't even come close as to how pathetic this company are! I tried placing an order with this shambles of a company on 8th November 2012 and when I had entered my details and confirmed everything I didn't receive any order confirmation or payment confirmation. So I had assumed the order hadn't gone through so tried again and the same thing happened. So instead of trying again I left it. On the 10th November I checked my bank only to find the money had been taken twice. I still hadn't received order confirmation, an order number or anything to support my order. Then on the Monday I received an e-mail to say my order had been despatched. I e-mailed them back saying that my order had been duplicated and the payment taken twice - no response. I then asked my friend to contact them as I was too busy to contact them. As a regular user of trust pilot she came on and read the reviews and finally found an e-mail address that wasn't unmanned and e-mailed them in disgust to refund the money owed to me for the duplicated order. Finally the money was refunded within 3 working days and the first order had been delivered (minus 1 item out of stock that had been refunded). You would think that would have been the problem solved - but NO! I tried on the items that I ordered and found them to be unsuitable. So using the returns labels provided in the package with the items, I took them down to my local post office on Monday 19th November and sent them back. This was over 2 weeks ago. I have misplaced the receipt given to me by the post office and missguided.co.uk claim this is the only way they can find out if the goods have been delivered to them - rubbish! My friend works for an online company and when customers return goods via the post office it takes no longer than 1 week to be delivered to them - even from overseas customers! And this is now nearly 3 weeks and they claim they have received nothing! All they have to do is go and check their warehouse to find the goods will be there! It is absolutely ridiculous. They don't have a telephone number where you can speak to a sales team or customer services representative, only a phone number to speak to someone at reception - shocking! My friend, nor I, don't have the patience to wait more than 48 hours for them to respond to e-mails as this matter could have been resolved weeks ago.
Yesterday my friend contacted trading standards to find out the best action to take to retrieve my money back. It is absolutely ridiculous how it has had to come to this! Hopefully now they are aware of this they will do the right thing and refund the money! And another thing, how patronising and unprofessional the staff are by sending kisses at the end of their e-mails. It makes me so angry that they must think this is a joke and silly matter - when really this is hard earned money that they have taken from me!
A word of advice - don't EVER order from this scam of a company. And don't listen to their pathetic excuses for their system being down so that is why the orders are duplicated and how apologetic they are! It's just a front, don't be fooled! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
UPDATE 14th DECEMBER!
I received an e-mail yesterday (13th December) to say that they had received the items (3 weeks and 3 days) after they were sent and it would now take up to 8 working days for the refund to be processed. Absolutely ridiculous considering its nearly Christmas and people need the money!
WILL NEVER EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR AS LONG AS I SHALL LIVE! PATHETIC WASTE OF SPACE
