MINUS 5 STARS - LONG DELAYS - PLENTY OF EXCUSES - BAD SERVICE

I ORDERED FURNITURE ON THE 7TH OF JUNE - WAS GIVEN LOADS OF EXCUSES FOR NON DELIVERY RIGHT UP TO SEPTEMBER OF THIS YEAR 2012 SO I CANCELLED THE WHOLE ORDER - THEN HAD A TERRIBLE TIME TRYING TO GET MY REFUND - I HAVE NOW RECEIVED FULL REFUND AT THE END OF NOVEMBER 2012

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MERCURO TO ANYONE!!

We are very sorry about this situation, as we have explained you in our email Streamline has restricted our access to the refund facility and they are also withholding our funds which is preventing us from refunding you in any other way.
