Yale door

I love my new door !!

We'd been wanting to replace our old door for a few years so contacted several big name suppliers for quotes. We found the Yale website so easy to use to design your perfect door and accessories.
The quoted price included everything including installation, and from then on everything went very smoothly indeed - from booking the measuring through to the installation of the door.
We noticed a problem when the door was installed though, as we hadn't taken enough care of choosing a handle. I used the 'Chat to' facility on the Website and was advised that this could be rectified by having a couple of split spindle's sent out. These were received in the post (FOC) a couple of days later and I now have the ability to have the handle opening up from front inside and out, or just from the inside.
I've also recently recommended Yale to my boss at work and have just received my £50 referral cheque in the post, which is nice just before Xmas.
I'll certanly be referring Yale to other friends.
Finally, the door looks fantastic and we've had several compliments from neighbours already. Many Thanks Yale !
