DO NOT USE THIS SITE - IT IS A RIP OFF
I am afraid to say that the tickets only arrived a day before the event and if I had not been home then I would not have been able to arrange delivery in time for the gig.
I was also very p*ssed off that in total I paid nearly £270 for 3 tickets, when the tickets arrived the value of them were £25 each! Quite a a lot to add on for booking fees etc I think.
Overall I would not be buying tickets again from this site.

viagogo is an online ticket marketplace where poeple can buy and sell tickets to live events. The tickets on viagogo are being offered for sale by sellers on our marketplace.
We allow sellers to set the price they want for the ticket - this may be more than the price originally paid, or could be less.
We apologise that the tickets only arrived the day before the event, we always ask sellers to send a week before but in some cases this cant happen as they are waiting on the ticket from the event organisers.
