I decided to purchase the Osprey Sojourn bag while in London, but ordered online because of transport to Scotland. The delivery arrangements were outstanding. I was able to rearrange the date that it would arrive as I would not have got back home in time. This was easily done by a link on the email. The goods arrived ( through the snow) in the 2 hour window assigned, and I was again kept informed of progress by email. The assistant in the Covent Garden branch was also excellent, even though I explained that I would be ordering online. I am looking forward to using the bag, which seems to be a great piece of kit.
