Try this out if you've got an old mobile sitting in your drawer. I went to the web site, filled in an easy to follow form, sent in the phone, and within 24 hours the cash was in my bank. A brilliant service.
Ordered the goods online. Waited 4 days for them to get here as I went for the free dleivery option. And when they got here......the bin had a great big crease right across it. And when I rang to get a replacement item, there was no more stock until the middle of next week - maybe!!! So the order was cancelled, the damaged goods were collected the next day, and I bought the thing through John Lewis, which is where I should have started in the first place..............

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused; we do rely on a 3rd party company to deliver our products safely unfortunately in your case we understand the goods were delivered damaged. Following your request we immediately arranged for the items to be picked up and a refund issued.
