Quick to arrive but some bad points

The product is good and it arrived on time I just thought the packing of it was bad! It was in a tatty box and when I opens it there was a tatty bit of ripped cardboard wrapped around it and no bubble paper for protection! Luckily it works and I'm happy with the product but I think the packing of it needs improving!
