Extremely Reliable In Every Way
Yes, I was very impressed as delivery to me was in less than 24 hrs after I placed my order. I was also kept updated by text on the delivery. Item was just as it was described and the price was the best I could find at the time on the web. What more does a customer want? ---------Excellent

I received my order well before 24 hours after I place my order. Wow, absolutely brilliant. Further, I was kept updated by text a few times on the delivery - well I could ask better than that for excellent customer service - especially as the item I ordered was exactly as it was described. Cheaper than many stores e.g Screwfix - as I did my homework before buying.
My call was answered immediately. I was treated with courtesy - and everything was done to assist me in my enquiry. The items were delivered immediately.
Note: I saved a lot of money as I compared the prices on google. Powertools direct was the cheapest. Best of all, powertools direct's customer service is excellent in its approach. [SARoger G]
