After I placed my order - I was informed when it will be delivered - I was also informed that delivery had taken place - hence, communication was excellent
However, what I had ordered was too small for me. But, enclosed within the parcel was instructions on how to return items back to wiggle. It is here that I find Wiggle ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. I did not have to pay anything to post it back. All I did was to take it to a local shop - and I understand there are these local shops scattered everywhere. All you have to do is to insert your postcode on wiggle return website and it will tell you where these local shops are. There were three of these near where I live. You also get a receipt from the local shop. Brilliant
Yes, I was very impressed as delivery to me was in less than 24 hrs after I placed my order. I was also kept updated by text on the delivery. Item was just as it was described and the price was the best I could find at the time on the web. What more does a customer want? ---------Excellent

My call was answered immediately. I was treated with courtesy - and everything was done to assist me in my enquiry. The items were delivered immediately.
Note: I saved a lot of money as I compared the prices on google. Powertools direct was the cheapest. Best of all, powertools direct's customer service is excellent in its approach. [SARoger G]
