Good stuff shame about the service......

There's no dispute on the products this is a brilliant site, but the postage costs are unreal!! I ordered a top and pair of boots and chose special delivery and at £8.65 I expected a little more in the way of promptness 3 days later its still not here!! This happened with my last order which I ordered on standard delivery it took 4 days!!! Customer service is bad I had emailed several times enquiring on the whereabouts of the items and received no reply!! Perhaps I am just unlucky but for what is charged on postage I expected more, slightly disappointed.
