I've had good service through Shiply and it's a great concept, but things went badly wrong at the beginning of this week when a courier let me down very badly. I informed Shiply and as time was tight arranged an alternative courier also through Shiply. Shiply however refuses to refund me, giving me a 'credit' instead - but as I've already booked the second courier, I can't use the credit. I paid significantly more for the second courier, which included nearly three times the fee level paid to Shiply but this has made no difference, I'm still having to fight for my original refund.
