I've used this website a couple of times and I was really happy with the service every time. Really easy to post a listing and the quotes are good value. The only things that could be improved are high fees and would be great to receive updates of quote and messages by email. Though very handy company and will use again.
I bought an automatic watering system from garden4less and it got delivered really quickly. The items were exactly as described. When I had a question about the products and phoned customer services, the man on he phone was very helpful.
I used partyrama to order some decorations for our stall for children in need. I chose this website, because they had a wide choice. I received the products ahead of the promised time and they were just as described, so I thought their service was excellent.
The items arrived in promised time and acceptable condition. However, there are no previews on Save the Date or Thank You cards. Which I guess would be fine in most cases, but in our case they couldn't type the special character in the middle of my name. And without preview we didn't find this out until we received our order, so we had to manually correct on each card as it was too late to order new cards. I think, the website should have a preview on everything considering the amount each customers spends.
Also, from the website it wasn't clear, that there will be no difference between the Thank You and Save the Date cards. As the evening invitation had Evening Invitation on the front, we wanted to use Save the Date cards to invite guests to our afternoon drinks reception celebrating our wedding abroad. But as the Save the Date's were the same as Thank You's we had add decorations to make them presentable.
So overall we were disappointed with the order. We ordered our wedding invitation form here previously and they were lovely, so I guess we had higher expectations
