I booked for two rugby games on consecutive weeks at Twickenham.
First game was for an 18th Present. Wrong tickets arrived (cheaper seats), so Viagogo advised me to return them and confirmed receipt of same. Despite promises and advising the tickets had been sent already by priority delivery nothing ever arrived... even up to the day itself. The final straw was when they asked me to go to the ground on matchday to meet the unreliable seller to collect the tickets in person. I asked for a refund instead.
For the second game I also received cheaper seats rather than what I'd paid for. After the first game experience I just accepted the loss and went in worse seating.
Obviously some sellers feel they can give cheaper seats and Viagogo doesn't notice or seem to care.
I won't be using them again.
