I have had various troubles with my account in adding a voucher code that I received through the post from Very. After many many conversations with customer services they still haven't managed to Sort this out and now I am receiving late payment charges on my account as well as interest. VERY VERY Frustrating! I found them incompetent, each and every person has assured me that this problem will be sorted out and each and every time it isn't. I don't know where to go with this.....?! VERY good at enticing you with voucher / promotional codes, not VERY good at any type of after care, will not use this company again.
