I ordered a pair of boots for a weekend away that i had planned, 4 weeks later the boots still haven't arrived. The after sales service is terrible i have contacted the company 4 times and now they say they have sent me a letter via the postal service and i have to complete a form to claim my money back. 2 days later the letter hasn't arrived. I just want my £65 back. If i ran my company like this I wouldn't have any clients.
