Festive Lights

Festive Lights must be the number one in customer service

I would definitely buy products from this company in the future the pre-lit Christmas tree that i bought went missing due to the courier used,i phoned festive lights and they sorted this out within 15 mins and had dispatched another tree out to me before they phoned me back, some of the larger companies should take lessons in customer service from festive lights ,they would learn a thing or two

The Tree i bought was a 4ft pre-lit tree with realistic tips to some of the branches (not all), it stands in its very own urn style base ,it does look very nice and would look good either as it is bare or with decorations on this tree, this tree was bought to go into my conservatory and very nice it looks too,takes a bit of work to bush it up but does look very nice.

My main tree in my living room is starting to look a bit dated so i will be looking to festive light to buy a replacement for next chrismas

An overall good experience with this company and cannot fault them on their prices for what i think are good quality products.
