Could improve,quite a bit

My last order was cropped to such a degree that the coloured border i had
put on my card was almost completely cut off & not equally so that it ran parrallel,
around the edge,. .no just to really highlight the fault it was chopped completely
one side & a little bit was left on the other.
Another order i placed was sent & some of the cards hadn,t been creased
,so that when i went to fold them they just bent & distorted across the face of my card.
Some had the print inside ,upside down.
It just seems that you have got to make a mistake everytime.
Now i use an sole trader ,on eBay ,same price ,same product & he has never made a mistake with the cropping ,even though i send the same image !!.
Everything is sent on time,also.
