Festive Lights

Excessive postage!!

The lights received were not as expected.
More importantly, when I placed the order I am sure the postage was nowhere near the £14.95 I was charged - this was more than the cost of one of the boxes of lights - £10.95. I would never have confirmed my order at this postage charge. I think it may have been increased due to my staying on one of the Scottish Islands.
I did send an email querying the postage charged but no response! Not at all happy!

Hi Irene, I can assure you that the delivery charge cannot change from what is stated in the basket. Unfortunately, when items are of a certain size and/or weight, our delivery couriers charge more to deliver to the Scottish highlands and islands. This is something that is beyond our control, but I apologise if you feel that this was not made clear enough.
