I have bought several vouchers via Groupon and all has been fine except for three car reversing sensors. Fitted one and it was useless so I tried to advise the dealer who supplied them. No response so I emailed Groupon customer service and received reply almost at once.
After following their advice regarding the dealer I still got nowhere so Groupon said they would contact the dealer for me. Still no dealer response so Groupon offered to pay my refund in full and said they would look into the dealership issue.
My experience of Groupon customer service was first class...extremely quick and they took responsibility by offering me the refund.
I have no hesitation in using Groupon based on this experience.
We bought two vouchers and used one. Due to a change of circumstance we asked for a £15 refund on the second identical voucher .
We were emailed saying wowcher were under no obligation to offer a refund as 30 days had passed. Fair enough but we told wowcher we were merely asking for a gesture of goodwill to keep our faith in wowcher ie to keep us as future customers. At this stage we are now being ignored therefore for the sake of a refund of only £15 wowcher have lost who knows how much future custom from us.
There are no doubt good reliable deals via wowcher but they have lost credibility with us and shant use them again.
