Great product, just as advertised and delivered ahead of schedule!

The case was exactly what I anticipated from the description on the site. Although the site said 10 days for delivery it was delivered within a week in a well protected if slightly large box. I would buy from these guys again.

Disappointed!

I wanted a matt white Giro ski helmet as a Christmas present for my wife. The best one they had was discounted, I assumed because it was last year's model (which it was) but when it arrived the box was torn and damaged and the helmet was significantly shop soiled with obvious signs of handling (dirt and bumps). Great helmet, but entirely unsuitable condition for a present.

Yes the helmet was discounted £35 so I guess it's my fault - 'caveat emptor' - I just won't take the risk with Ellis Brigham in future.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry that the helmet was no good as a gift. Everything that leaves our warehouse undergoes a quality control check, and if the packaging or product is substandard, our policy is to find a repalcement when possible, or inform the customer in advance and offer a discount relative to the problem. If this procedure failed on this occasion please accept our sincere apologies.
