paid for delivery for dog food from apparently the no 1 retailers on the web. said it would be delivered on the 6th dec, come home on the 5th dec after taking my dog for a walk to a yodel card saying to contact the driver if not he will try again the next day...we have called and text left messages and heard nothing, he also hasnt been back as we have been in all the time. I have also received an email saying they have tried and failed to deliver to me and then another email saying they have delivered my parcel and left it somewhere safe?!? no they havent you bunch of liars. They are so bad and my dog is still waiting for her food. ordered 2nd dec now the 8th dec.
