I sent my prescription in for my glasses,everything was OK until I noticed on the invoice that the left eye lens was not as prescribed so I got in touch with Selectspecs but the glasses had been despatched. they said to try them and if it was that they were wrong to let them know and they would make and send out a replacement.On receipt of the glasses I notified Selectspecs that they were wrong and 8 days later a new pair to the right prescription was received. Still good value for money but a little more care needed on reading the prescription sent in.
