Don't attempt to deliver, lie that they have done.

I wish Amazon didn't use them for their next-day Prime service, anyone but HDNL/Yodel! I ordered on Wednesday, and the parcel was at the their local distribution centre on Thursday morning and loaded onto their can for delivery a couple of hours later...still waiting on Saturday evening, they've written updates such as "Delivery attempted, card left with customer with carrier contact detail" for the past couple of days on the tracking page online, but no delivery has been attempted, no cards left, and I'm assuming this is just to cover themselves.
A non-delivery company.
