So far I've been waiting 4 days for a parcel that I paid to have delivered 'next day.' No email or phone call from them to update me with whatever the problem is. Bad customer service in every way-my days off have been completely wasted, never again will I use city-link. The worst thing about it is they obviously don't care about their customers OR reputation, how are they continuing to get business??!
