When I placed my order, there was an error with the payment due to my c/card address not matching the delivery address. Within a day or two a company rep had phoned to inform me and re-arrange payment. The same rep was also able to offer good advice on the products I had purchased. Delivery was very quick (within another 2/3 days) and the products were exactly as advertised and in perfect condition.
