Incorrect product supplied, not as per confirmed order. Better Bathrooms supplied a bottom of range product rather than the top of range product ordered. No response to emails to customer service department, waited in excess of 45 minutes for telephone call to be answered. Very helpful assistant when eventually contact was made. As requested I submitted a photo of incorrect item within 5 minutes of call ,no response from Better Barthrooms to date. I suspect they will wait until this is outside the 4 day checking period. I hope to hear from them but not holding my breath!
