Unhelpful through and through

I bought 2 tickets to the Jingle Bell Ball for a birthday present. After numerous discussions with UPS about delivery times and locations the tickets have still not arrived 24hrs before the event starts and the tickets are now inaccessible, locked up in a UPS holding station that doesn't open until after the event has happened. Asking for help with Viagogo under their Guarantee mantra was hopeless. The Viagogo help line is useless with the FAQs imparting nothing. The service when I eventually got through to someone was pathetic with no value added. They stated all they could do was pass this up to higher but it is unlikely to be actioned until after the event. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
