I order a few gifts for my friend from menkind for christmas but will not be using them again. I did receive a package from them but it wasn't what I ordered. I know that sometimes mistakes can be made and I'm ok with that as long as it gets sorted out reasonably quickly. However trying to get in touch with menkind to report this has proved to be extremely difficult. I have sent several messages to them through there online support system link and received nothing back, not even an acknowledgment that my complaint has been received. I've also tried calling them but have just had the automated message of either "the lines are busy, call back later" or "the office is now closed". I only managed to speak to someone from menkind because I choose the "place a order" option 1 but even then, the person on the phone said that they don't deal with complaints and that the department that does was closed. They did take my number and promised that someone would call me within the next few days so I guess I'll have to wait & see.
For me it's been a bad & frustrating experience which is still ongoing.
With regards to the comments from the menkind team. No one has contacted me to arrange anything. However I have now manage to get through to someone twice now. first time I spoke to a lady called Vicky who was very apologetic and said she would get my order out to me and arrange a courier to pick up the items I've got here on Wednesday. Well Wednesday came and went so I called them again (numerous times) and finally managed to get through. She said that she'd sent an email to the warehouse to dispatch my order and arrange the courier and doesn't know why it's not been done. She also said "don't know what else I can do" well how about sort it out!!!!! Told her that I'm really getting quite annoyed by the lack of communication and the fact that I have to keep chasing them. Was assured (again) that their would keep in touch via email and sort this out but as yet I've received nothing from them except for the reply that was posted on here which hasn't sorted anything out, it just looks like there doing something to would be customers. It's very disappointing.
