Just Eat
Poor service!
i searched the just eat site and orderd food from chunky chicken bolton at 19:07 and was informed of an hour wait, which was fine. Our food was deliverd on time but when we checked our order they had sent my 10yr old daughter spicy chicken which she could not eat. I stressed severel times when placing order I wanted the chicken mild. I rang the shop and politely informed them we had received the wrong food to be told "sorry! And next time we will send right food". I told them I wanted them to send me the food I had orderd and they replied with " we can't. We are too busy". I made it clear I was not happy and I wanted my order or a refund. They said they would send the order but I would have to wait 45mins. I wasn't very happy as my partner and I had to eat and leave my very hungry 10yr old waiting for food. To cut a long storey short we then spent the next 2 hours waiting with numerous phone calls to very unhelpful and rude members of staff at the chunky chicken store, which resulted in me making my daughter something else to eat as she couldn't wait any longer and food being deliverd nearly 3 HOURS after the order was placed. I feel this is unacceptable and the matter was not dealt with curtiously or professionally. This establishment is a DISGRACE .
