Very efficient service but

I am pleased with the product I purchased. The item was despatched the same day Tuesday and arrived on Thursday. I do not understand why I was charged more because I live in N. Ireland - Royal Mail do not charge more to send items to N. Ireland that I am aware of, we use the same postal system. I was disappointed that I had to pay extra postage.
