Wouldn't know what your product is like as your courier never delivered it .

Piss poor service . Use trust worthy couriers next time . MK299504 was bought as a birthday present but because your courier failed to deliver it then lied there is no present to give and you can't deliver a replacement before the birthday on tues .
Rant over .
