Excellent communications throughout the order and delivery process. Delivery was delayed slightly due to bad weather but I was fully informed throughout. Product was received well packaged and in perfect condition as described. There was one slight issue during setting up AirPlay when my devices could not find the Zepplin. After some quick Internet research determined that the unit (ex demonstration model) was already registered to another network. A quick reset of the unit and now everything working perfectly. This is a great piece of kit, despite being ex demo it is immaculate.
