Instant refund when I ordered too much memory
Updating an old laptop I bought two memory modules from Mr Memory, who had been recommended to me by my son as he uses them a lot for commercial reasons. I then found one module was extremely difficult to get at and asked for a refund. It was granted without question. I returned one module in perfect condition and a refund appeared in my account within days. Perfect service and my laptop works better now.
