My order said despatched 28/11 and by 5/12 I still hadnt received it so I emailed customer services to see why it was taking so long........and WITHOUT my permission they just cancelled my order and apologised saying if I still wanted the order I would have to ring them. I AM HARD OF HEARING so it is not easy for me to ring so I had to email AGAIN!! I have now asked them to reinstate it but still have not heard back.
Their customer department service is horrendous......are they all christmas temps ? Please use people who know what they are doing and dont assume you know what the customer wants without asking FIRST !
Now you are asking for an item review but I have nothing to review so that says it ALL.
