Been a customer for over a year and each time there is a problem, they will try find a way out of it and not help you. You will also get conflicting information from different customer service people and there is never a manager available to speak to you either. They also have a terrible billing procedure, where your bill is issued every 20 days and not just once a month like most companies. This means that if you don't have a direct debit and don't keep tabs on the due date for your next installment, you get charged £12! I don't think they are very ethical and would not recommend them to anyone.
