Originally placed order online and not too tricky but the changes to the delivery address did not show in full and then the billing address changed to the delivery address too! Concerned that payment would not go through properly I rang Customer Services. After hanging on for best part of 15 minutes I got through to a lad who was unable/unwilling to help. His only suggestion was to cancel the order and reorder. He cancelled the order (& payment) and I asked to be transferred to their order team but no, they cannot transfer calls, I would need to hang up and redial.
Deep breath, I did. Got through pretty quickly, placed the order with a lady who was again very uninterested and when we got to the end, I realised she had not asked me if I wanted next day delivery (which I did). I said this to her but apparently it is not up to them to ask their customer if they would like next day delivery or gift wrapping! Very strange as we are just 10 days from Christmas and I would imagine 90% or more orders are for presents. In order to get next day delivery I had to hang up again (she couldn't transfer calls to their Customer Services department!) and got back through to the same lad (Matthew). His answer was 'you need to phone our retail shop to pay the additional £2'!!
Unfortunately I needed this watch for a leaving gift for a colleague otherwise I would just have cancelled the whole transaction there and then.
The retail shop were OK, took my £2 payment and the watch did arrive the following day.
Very pleased with the watch but the service both Customer Service and Orders was appalling.
I had fantastic service from spycameraCCTV. I was wanting a camera to set up in the garden to view the wildlife but was confused by the choice. Speaking to a real person on the phone was a great experience and he was able to direct me to a couple of different cameras that would be suitable, at a variety of prices. I bought from them the same day, free delivery on offered and it arrived within 2 days. Brilliant and thoroughly recommend.
