My order dated 16th November 2012 has never arrived dispite ringing Very to chase it up. I was told last week that customer services would chase it up as it was now overdue over 2 weeks and contact me within 72 hours. I head nothing. I rang today to be told that they had cancelled my order and sent me a refund. NO WORD TO ME AT ALL ABOUT THIS BY PHONE OR EMAIL. Even when I asked to speak to a supervisor - they are all in a meeting (this is Sunday morning). This was my first and last order to Very - very poor service.
