Brilliant personal service

I recently made my first order at JGD Crafts and I can't praise them enough.
A lady phoned me before sending out the order to me to explain exactly how I should use the item, a Spellbinders Shapeabilities Expandible Patterns die.
She told me that she had tested the one she was sending out to me and gave me tips on how to use it best with my particular die-cutting machine.
This kindness meant especially much to me as I was suffering from a ghastly cold and my husband has just received some really bad health news.
