Very impressed with this company from start to finish.
Went on hotel recommendation of the service agent I spoke to after explaining what we were looking for and our budget.
Arrival assurance is a great idea, giving you full details again of the hotel, confirmation of booking and who they had spoken too.
Would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Direct & would use again :)
