Online cock-up

Booked appointment for a MOT for 11:00 Thursday online and received confirmation. However when I went in to drop off my car I was told that no appointment had been made and I was told it was down to the internet boys not making it even though they had confirmed it two days earlier. Made new appointment in branch for the following day, dropped off car and test was done and all the work required done the same day. Not impressed by the appointment cock-up but the branch boys were very good.

Not entirely sure why this cock-up with the MOT occurred since these bookings are automated with some manual intervention.
