It makes a very refreshing change to be phoned when someone says they will, paperwork chased with other companies when they say they will and it leaves me very reassured that at least one company knows how to treat its customers. If only the rest did too.
I didn't respond to their email because I was a bit suspicious of it. They contacted me by phone and because of the amount I had spent, they offered me a free high value item. Within two days I had received it. Great service. Thanks.
