Item faulty returned the item and am waiting for a new one

Good Afternoon Martin,

I have informed the Returns Department that you are still waiting for the replacement module. I believe they have now contacted you to inform you that your replacement memory is being dispatched to you today. This should arrive either Tuesday or Wednesday.
