I am disappointed with my experience with litecraft. I made an order on the 10/03/2014. The order was not dispatched within 24 hours as advertised on their website. I did not receive any information about my order until I emailed customer service, and got a reply saying that due to a 'technical problem' that had been a delay with my order. I was really upset as no one had informed me about this. If I hadn't emailed litecraft myself, I would never have found out. I was told that my order was dispatched as a priority that morning. However, when I finally received my order this afternoon, 8 days after I had placed the order, I realised that my order was only sent out using royal mail second class. I wouldn't consider that as a 'priority'. I will not be purchasing from litecraft again.
Love the layout of the website, love the free delivery, love the prices. Managed to snap up 3 lip butters for £1.80!!! Was a bit surprised that they honored my order but I'm not complaining. Plus all orders were sent out via recorded delivery!! A very happy customer. Will definitely be back. :)
ORDERED MORE THAN A MONTH AGO AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ITEM. LIES ABOUT COMPOSITION OF PRODUCTS. COMPLETELY USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. 'CHOOSES' TO REPLY EMAILS AND NEVER GIVES SATISFACTORY ANSWERS. BLACKLISTED FOREVER AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND (WILL IN FACT WARN PEOPLE ABOUT IT) TO PEOPLE.
