I bought a pair of walking boots in May via the Amazon outlet, but after just 7 months of use the sole fell off, which I didn't expect from the brand of boots. A member of staff in a branch of Sports Direct assured me I could return them in store, but then when I took them in the manager refused. Whilst it may not be their policy, as I'd been told it was okay by a member of staff they should have acted on that. The manager became very rude and defensive when I said I was going to put in a complaint, so instead of buying a replacement pair of boots plus other items, I left losing them a sale.
I finally had a response from their Amazon Outlet saying they couldn't do anything as it was over 90 days. Whilst I am well over this length of time, walking boots should not have fallen apart in this time.
I have now had to contact Amazon directly who are putting in a claim, and hopefully I will be refunded this way.
I placed an order on Wednesday with standard delivery, and it has arrived very quickly, faster than the delivery time scales. It was delivered with Yodel, but despite their other reviews, I had no problems. The cookies taste great, and the jumper fits excellently.
I've now placed several orders with Myprotein, and only one had a problem, this was rectified very quickly and easily.
Great experience, and I will definitely be ordering from Myprotein again.
