very good product and strong communication

ordered a laptop to be built into my specifications. my order was acknowledged and confirmed. my only concern was that in every communication i received, even when i was ordering my laptop, there was a strong emphasis on "do not contact us!" i have to stress that the communication from PCspecialist was regular and explanatory. all in all i received the laptop within the promised time frame and in excellent condition. it works fine and i am very happy with the product.
