best internet company i've dealt with

bought memory from them,I ordered wrong memory(stupid me)but absolutely no problem to change ,just contacted them and within 15 mins got a reply, they then found out the correct memory for me and gave me the option of buying that or refunding my money.all this within 24 hrs .fantastic customer service.
