TransferWise

Great service but with one caveat !

I used the service twice and in both cases the money transfer was quick and easy, and the exchange rate was quite good. The only issue I see with this service is that you cannot block the exchange rate at the time to book you money trasfer, so basically you do not know exactly how much you will get. In my first trasfer I got £70 more than what i expected, but in the second, £100 less.
I would prefer to be able to block the exchange rate for a maximum of 3 or 4 days anf make sure funds arrive within this time frame (failing that, exchange rate agreed would not be valid anymore).
Some competitors of transferwise do that.

Quick note - if you wish to receive a certain amount, simply check "You get - receive a fixed amount" tick box,
that way you always know how much will be sent to the recipient account.
