Worst ever!!

I paid extra to have a signature on delivery. Took 7 days and the parcel was finally delivered, but left outside the back door with no signature. I contacted them on many occasions and they would not even refund the extra cost for signature. I would always pay the extra to ensure delivery in the future and would NEVER use this pathetic company again. I now notice that they are making some deliveries for ASDA - is this why my 2 day delivery item is now 4 days overdue?
