Lack of communication with delivery!

Firstly i was very pleased with the purchase once it eventually arrived, however i would be reluctant to buy from dv247 again due to delivery problems!. I recieved a text message the night before delivery to tell me that my Amp would be delivered the next day. then the following morning i was sent a text giving me a time slot. i had arranged for someone to be stay in at my home to recieve the delivery, however it never arrived!. i then telephoned dv247 when i got home from work and was told that they would ring the courier and get back to me..nobody bothered to ring me back at all!. I then had to ring the next day and chase things up, only to be told.."The courier will deliver today and they will text you with a time slot and are very reliable"!!...well, not in my experience!. I had to take a day off of work to recieve the parcel so all in all it was a costly experience which i wouldnt want to risk again!.
