My worst online shopping experience since 1998 (sales hotline inclusive).
My 1st order went out of stock, informed to me after I called, the credit card charged and 5 days later. The 2nd order never arrived after 7 days and more than 6 calls. Call was never returned as promised and complaint email not responded to. Telesales personnel dared to promise delivery (i.e.: will arrive tomorrow) but it didn't happen. I cancelled the purchase when she promised that my package "will arrive tomorrow" for the 4th time. Top with lost 2 days-off I had to take to wait for the promised delivery (my son needed net access to do schoolwork so badly).
I simply purchased the same unit half an hour after cancelling at Amazon for an extra 7 quids (not inclusive shipping), less the headache and blood pressure. Avoid this company unless you want to experience the same stress first hand.
